Goodwood Aston Martin Crash
In my first post here after Goodwood I mentioned that an Aston Martin crashed on the friday calling an end to the racing whilst they cleared it up. Well I've found out some more information about that now on a few forums (Pistonheads Thread), and I've found a video on YouTube of the crash:
From looking at the video, it seems that the photo I took of the car was just 4 or 5 seconds before it crashed. This is the photo I managed to get of it:
Famoss Racing Aston Martin Crash
An Aston Martin races its way up the hill at the 2007 Goodwood Festival of Speed. Just seconds after I took this photo, the driver lost control and the car hit the hay bales on either side of the track.
Thankfully nobody was seriously injured in the crash, the driver was fine, but a spectator did get injured (Link).
